I’ve had to use Urgent Care frequently. Was seen by Dedra Wright very pleased with her care. Got the X-rays, diagnosis and instructions quickly. Also must thank the employee that helped set my appointment so very thankful that’s still available.

Howdy Reader! I recently visited Scott & White as a walk-in patient, and I had a very positive experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and helped me feel at ease right away, which I really appreciated.The staff member who took my vitals was kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly, which made a difference in helping me feel cared for. The doctor I saw was equally impressive—very knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. They listened carefully to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Overall, my visit was a great experience, and I’m grateful for the level of professionalism and kindness shown by everyone involved. I would definitely recommend Scott & White to others seeking quality care.

During my 5/29/26 appointment with Dr. Anu John, she was attentive, efficient in her assessment of my wound and cleaned/bandaged the wound herself since a nurse was unavailable at that time. I was impressed with her professional approach and informed responses to my questions.

Tried to book online to be seen for abdominal issues that have been persistent for several days. Gave up on the app after waiting 20 min for it to load only to have it crash the moment it opens. My GP is part of BSW and had recommended the Clinic after I told him about it after I shared an experience at another. Kind of glad I was not able to make an appointment after reading the reviews. I was able to go to Integrity and got in with in 5 mins. We pay alot for insurance and copays least that can be done it to follow the Hippocratic Oath and treat sick people with respect. Seems like all this is now just a Treat um and street um but without the treatment. Do better. Your patients deserve it. Fix your broken systems.

Horrible experience. The PA, Naeem, and the assistant that took my daughter’s vitals were both miserable people. They disregarded my special needs daughter, treating her like she was some hung over college student. They told her to drink water, that she was probably dehydrated. Her pulse was elevated and as soon as she got home, her fever spiked to 101.5. I don’t think they even looked at her chart, which clearly states she has a genetic syndrome, and a compromised immune system! Furthermore, staff should be required to wash their hair and come to work put together. Would you want someone who doesn’t even take care of themselves to take care of you/your healthcare needs??? Dirty unkept hair and disheveled looking employees are enough to make our family want to go else where. This, as well as zero empathy, and zero compassion means NEVER AGAIN!
